On May 3, 2023, POST and Common Desk invite you to “Do the Right Thing - Social Entrepreneurship and Community Impact”, a series of talks with innovative social entrepreneurs. If you are someone with a passion for taking your mission-based organization to the next level, come learn from leaders in the non-profit world about the trials and triumphs they have encountered in their careers.
Our next speaker is Allison Retina Stewart, a former photo editor for the NBA and founder of Free Juice. Free Juice is a non profit organization that supports BIPOC students and emerging professionals as they navigate a career in commercial and artistic photography. The organization’s knowledge sharing networks aim to accelerate the diversification of the industry with disruptive and innovative visual storytellers.
The learning series will be held in the Common Desk Training Room (Suite 1420) in POST’s Z Atrium on Level 1 and will be followed by a happy hour where attendees can network with expert speakers and like-minded individuals. The talk will be complemented by an exhibition of the work of Free Juice members.
