A native of Bangkok Thailand, Chef Thai Changthong doesn’t shy away from the heat when it comes to creating authentic dishes at his award-winning Thai Kun. Changthong learned the art of Thai cooking from his father, who was also a restaurateur, and trained under acclaimed chef Paul Qui while working at Chef Tyson Cole’s Uchi and Uchiko.
