I worked in Various restaurants around Houston before deciding to follow my dream of owning my own business. Having my own restaurants and food trucks has allowed me the freedom to create new dishes and experiment with new ingredients and techniques. I have ingeniously taken Middle Eastern cuisine and combined it with other food styles such as Cajun, BBQ, and Latin.
